Exotic character makes this wine so intriguing it’s hard to forget. The celebrated single vineyard ‘Coulee de Serrant’ has been harvesting Chenin Blanc since 1130. The wine is so unique, the vineyard is given its own appellation, which is to date the smallest appellation in France. The winemaker Nicolas Joly is known to be the godfather of Biodynamic movement. Combination of peach, quince, briny sea water, grapefruit rind with a intense sense of terroir. Savennires wines make some of the most age-defying white wines in the universe.
