Product Description
Region: Chile> Maule Valley.
Grape: Sauvignon Blanc.
Notes: Oak barrel aging. Hand-harvested.
Reminiscent of the New Zealand style, this Chilean Sauvignon Blanc has a refreshing citrus, lychee, kiwi nose with grapefruit and a hint of passionfruit. Bright acidity adds liveliness to the fresh, savory palate. Hand harvested from the estate vineyards. The wine is then fermented and macerated in temperature controlled tanks. 30% of the wine is transferred to French oak barrels for 3 months of aging, adding good complexity and smooth texture. An excellent value wine.
Food pairing: Versatile. White meats, fish with light herb to heavy cream sauce.
