Description: A dry, delightfully rounded wine with grapefruit and pineapple and a bit of honey, on the nose and strong mineral and good acidity on the palate. Hand harvested four times over the course of one month to ensure optimal ripeness and complexity. Protective technology allows very low level of added sulfur, preserving freshness and the preservation of varietal characteristics like good Sauvignon Blanc found in much higher price points. Partial aging on-lee adds a roundness. Simply put, it’s one of the best Sauvignon Blanc as far as the price goes.
