Inviting lemon zest aromas mingle beautifully with citrus notes. This Pinot Grigio was made entirely in stainless steel, with no malolactic secondary fermentation and no barrel aging accentuating the vibrant varietal fruit aromas/flavors and to retain substantial crisp acidity. It was blended with a touch of Riesling which adds additional aromatics and acidity to the wine. With 30 years of winemaking experience, in Australia, New Zealand, France and the USA, Russell Hearn, the winemaker, has taken his Australian training with him throughout the journey. During the last 20 years on the North Fork of Long Island, Russell has established himself as an industry veteran who has helped forge our region as one known for producing World Class wines.
