Product Description

Grape: Pinot Noir.
Region: Chile> Maipo Valley.
Notes: Sustainable. Hand Harvest. Partially aged in oak.
The coastal part of Maipo Valley in Central Chile is one of
Chile’s best locations for cool loving varietals such as Pinot Noir. 50% of the wine was aged in oak casks for 6 months for developing complexity while the other half was kept in stainless steel tanks to preserve fresh fruitiness. This wine has a beautiful and deep violet. On the nose, ripe fruit, spices and oak perfectly blend, delivering a wonderful aroma. Good body, sweet tannins and a long elegant finish make this wine ideal with meats poultry
and cheese. It’s not easy to produce this temperamental grape. It’s even harder to find good value Pinot Noir wines. We are quite happy to stumble upon this well-balanced jewel.
Food Pairing: red meats, game, charcuterie, hard cheese.
