Honey blossom and melon aromas. light, refreshing acidity, and subtle fruit character makes ths wine something to enjoy by itself or with light-fare. Hints of green apple, dried pear, and mineral character. As it breathes, the wine opens to intense dried honey, and linden flower aromas. Lemongrass and dried parsley flavors entice the palate.
