Description: The intense fruit aromas are reminiscent of ripe peach, nectarine, hints of honey and lemon. The palate is delicate, fruity and elegant, with a bit of minerality. Well-structured with balanced acidity. Richer and more textured than expected. Quite polished.


Food Pairing: Aperitif, shellfish, soups (esp.fish soup), and risotto.
