Spicy aromas entice your nose with red and black berries, black cherries with a touch of vanilla. Slight earthiness and minerality add interest and finesse to the well-balanced full body structure. The hand-harvested grapes were fermented in stainless steel tank in the state of art wine facility and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. This is an elegant wine and perfectly suited for cellar aging.
